Rozita Soomekh is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Nassau County's leading commercial real estate advisor, with over 25 years of experience. She began her career in 2000 at Venture Capital Properties, where she developed deep expertise in the commercial and industrial sectors of New York City and Long Island.

After building a formidable track record, Rozita joined Douglas Elliman's Great Neck office, where she helped expand their commercial division and became the highest producer by volume. In late 2018, overwhelming client demand led her to form The Rozita Soomekh Team, bringing together specialists in commercial leasing, investment sales, and client services.

Rozita's coverage spans Nassau, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Suffolk counties. She specializes in the sale and lease of commercial and industrial properties, while also handling residential sales for trusted clients. Her analytical rigor — cap rate analysis, NOI underwriting, 1031 exchange structuring — combined with deep local relationships gives her clients an edge that others simply can't match.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and fluent in both English and Farsi, Rozita serves a diverse and loyal clientele that includes influential NYC developers, institutional investors, and repeat clients who have worked with her for decades. She is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and ARES (American Real Estate Society), and holds both GRI and SFR designations.
